These Terms of Use govern the use of the tomov.trade website („the site“) by its visitors. Access to and use of the site mean that you have read and accepted the terms.
1. Nature of the site
The site is informational and provides general information about TOMOV-TREYD EOOD, its activity, services and completed works. The site does not offer goods or services electronically, does not conclude contracts online and creates no commercial obligation for the company. Inquiries via the contact form are not offers within the meaning of Art. 293 of the Obligations and Contracts Act.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, layout) is protected by copyright and/or trademark rights of TOMOV-TREYD EOOD or its partners. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may browse the site and use its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to:
- use the site for unlawful purposes or in a manner infringing the rights of third parties;
- attempt unauthorised access, attacks, disabling of security or overloading;
- automated extraction (scraping) of content without permission;
- introducing viruses or malicious code.
4. Liability and warranties
Information on the site is provided „as is“. Project dossiers and photographs are illustrative and representative. Although we strive to keep the content current and accurate, we are not liable for the completeness, accuracy or currency of the information. Binding data for a specific offer is provided in writing on a case-by-case basis.
TOMOV-TREYD EOOD is not liable for direct, indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
5. Links to third parties
The site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. certificates, memberships) over which we have no control. We are not liable for the content or privacy policies of those sites.
6. Contact form
When submitting an inquiry via the contact form you voluntarily provide your data for correspondence purposes. Details of processing are given in the Personal Data Protection Policy. Submitting an inquiry creates no contract between you and TOMOV-TREYD EOOD.
7. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes arising from the use of the site fall under the jurisdiction of the District Court — Smolyan. Under Art. 19g of the Consumer Protection Act, in a dispute between a consumer and a trader the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform may be used (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
8. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
