This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on tomov.trade, for what purpose, and how you can manage them, in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR.
1. What cookies are

We distinguish the following categories:
- Strictly necessary — for the basic functioning of the site (e.g. remembering your language and your consent decision). They do not require consent and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics/statistical (e.g. Google Analytics or similar) — collect aggregated usage data to improve the site. Activated only after your consent. Currently no such cookies are active.
- Marketing — for profiling and ad targeting. We do not use any.
3. Current state
As of the publication date of this policy, the site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no third-party tracking tools. Should such be added before launch or thereafter, the exact cookies, their purpose and retention will be listed here, and the consent banner will require your prior consent.
4. Managing and withdrawing consent
You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time via the „Cookies“ button in the site footer or via your browser settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Retention periods
Strictly necessary cookies are kept up to 12 months. The consent record is kept for 12 months, after which the banner reappears. For any analytics cookies, the retention periods will be described here before they are activated.
6. Controlling cookies from your browser
Most browsers allow cookie management in their settings. Bear in mind that blocking strictly necessary cookies may break some site features.
